  • Mild coughing or sneezing

  • Behavioral questions

  • Diet and weight management

  • Post-surgical or treatment follow-ups

  • Deciding if an in-person visit is needed

How It Works

Limitations of Telemedicine

While telemedicine is a valuable tool, it has its limits. Many health concerns—especially those involving internal issues, pain, or new symptoms—often require a physical exam or diagnostic testing to reach a definitive diagnosis.

During your online vet visit, we may recommend follow-up care at our hospital to complete the evaluation or begin treatment. We’ll help you schedule that in-person visit promptly, so your pet gets the complete care they need.

Important: If your pet is experiencing difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, collapse, or other life-threatening symptoms, telemedicine is not appropriate. Please contact us immediately or proceed to a 24-hour emergency hospital.

Convenient, Compassionate, Connected Care

Life gets busy—and pets can get sick at the worst times. With our telemedicine options, you don’t have to choose between care and convenience. You can trust our team to provide thoughtful, professional support no matter where you are.

Book your online vet visit today and get peace of mind—right from home.
